Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rollingg of close-graded Mix Seal Surfacing surfacing material of 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (thirteen point two millimeter to zero point nine millimeter) (Type-B) or 13.2 mm (thirrteen point two millimeter) @ 0.338 kg/ten square meter (zero pont three three eight kilogram per ten square meter) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ ie. Binders content @ 23.75 kg/10 sqm (twenty three point seven five kilogram per ten square meter) or 5.11% (five point one one percent) by weight and minium density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc two point one zero gram per cubic centimeter) to reqiured line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to reqiured level and grades as per technical specificaiton clause-509 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
