Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within all leads, for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm ( Ten milimetre to twenty five milimere ), including all leads,lifts, carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Chief

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be trated and sealed with impermeable non shrinkage low viscous epoxy groutng materials ( which are threatening the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 kg/ litre and compressive strength ( ASTM C579 ) of 70 Mpa at 7 Days ) and then if should be levelled with polymer mortar mortar concrete ( PMC ) ( Pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure og grouting materials very from 4.00 ( four ) kilogram per square metre 6 Kg ( Six kilogramm ) per square metre depending upon site condition, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge ), includng all lead, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and injecting into cracks/ Honey comb approved epoxy base grouting materials as per instructions and specification of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/Pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per specifications. Acceptable product make pidilite/ CICO/ CIBA/ FOSROC/fairmate equivalent ),including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced/ plain cement concrete/ brick masonry/ Cement concrete block masonry/ stone masonry with power driven drill machine in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slab to introduce steel bars for anchoring wire mesh including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, upto and including 12 mm dia ( i ) for depth above 200 mm upto 300 mm, including all leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Shotcreting R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength ( with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm ( ten milimetre )maximum size in proportion as per design criteria ) including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris of all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, 50 mm average thickness, including all leads ,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Anti-Corrosive-Treatment :-Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose mateial dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer ( confirming to ASTMB 117 or equivalent ) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush ( Mode of measurement per square metre of breaking area of concrete,including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and inserting 12 mm ( twelve milimetre ) dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area & along crack line including drilling of holes of required diamere [ 20 mm to 30 mm ( twenty milimetre to thirty milimetre ) ] upto depth from 30 mm to 80 mm ( thirty milimetre to eighty milimetre ) at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compreseed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and aloow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand floowed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including all leads, lifts and leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire-Mesh-Strips : Providing & fixing 1000 mm x 75mm ( One thousand milimetre into seventy five milimetre ) wire mesh strip of hard drawn steel wire mesh of size 35x35x3.5 mm ( thirty five into thirty five into three point five milimetre ) or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete/ wall surface on both side by means of 16 mm dia nut & bolts for masonry and " L " shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved the Engineer-in-Charge, including all leads, lifts and leads,lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.
