Checking the engine for its smooth running, un-usual noise and colour of smoke from exhaoust from exhoust. Checking and adjusting fan belt and water pump belt tension. Changing of both, if required. Cleaning of Air Filters to enhance engine life as well as proper infliow or air, Also changing them, if required. Carring out valve tappet setting as and when required. End play checking of crank shaft, Accessoriy drive and Tuebo Charger whenever required, carring out periodical maintance B&C checks however required spare shall be provided by end user, check of proper functioning of various instruments of dashboard/instrument panel. Diagnosis of various faults and then rectification, limited to minor ones, however if any parts required that will be provided by end use. Health check of battery checking of Acoustic Enclosure.

ELECRICAL SCOPE OF WORK:- Checking and fault finding in the Electrical system associated with the engine. Genral cleaning of alternator from inside with hand blower, checking carbon brush, if applicable for their proper length and spring tension (in case of convactional alternator). Cleaning battry terminals for sulfation and checking its state Maintenance of instruments relsys and connectors fitted in Genset Control Panel. Checking of wiring system for its loose and dry connections. Charging of rectfiers whenever required (in case convectional alternator). Checking totting diode assembly incase of breushless alternator. Checking of moanting bolts. Diagnosis of various faults and their ractfication at site. Testing of alternator, once in six months only for L.T. Fault reftification of AMF Panel, if installed. Grasing of alternator baering as per manufacter recommendation.
