Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (Three point fiftteen milimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frames, 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies in all height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts . The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

(i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to any thickness in all floor level.

(ii) Beams Cantilever girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding in depth in all heights from floor upto all floor level

(iii) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls upto all floor level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement:two sand:four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers pillar posts and struts upto all floor level . including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing Tor steel Fe-500D or SAIL/ TISCO reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors level.as per HP.PWD Specification clause 2.28.2. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. As per HP.PWD specification 1990 vol-I clause 2.28.1.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position sal/ holak wood. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shuttersconforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hardwood and well matched teak 3 ply (three) veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.35 mm thick (thirty milimetre thick) including ISI marked StainlessSteel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows. Including 5mm thick plane Glass Pan and black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick Sal, Marandi and holak wood as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.40 mm (forty millimetre) thick Sal, Marandi and holak wood including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same and as per HP.PWD Specification 1990 vol-I clause 12.4.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete (i) 250X16 mm. ( Two hundred fifty into sixteen millimeter) including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized transparent of dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. Providing and fixing M.S. hooks and eyes oxidized 200 mm. Providing and fixing bright finished or/and black enamelled iron (Helical door spring 150mm) (one hundred fifty millimeter)including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimeter) bright finished brass floor door stopper with rubber cushion screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Stone filling of selected hard stone under floors with at least one broken face hand packed properly up to in all height. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nomial size and curing complete excluding cost of centering and sturting in foundation and plinth mechanically mixed and vibrated as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

6 mm(six millimeter) cement plaster in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement: three sand)in all floors upto all heights and levels as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

15 mm(fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm(eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I clause 17.4.3.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles inflooring 600 x 600mm (Six hundred into Six hundred) Size treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3(one cement: three sand) finished with flushpointing in white cement as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden/M.S.steel frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square, or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same and as per HP.PWD Specification 1990 vol-I clause 12.4.10.9.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture Nerolic, Berger, Assian paint and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I clause 16.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting.Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with readymixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:--with white paint as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing under layaer for plinth protection of 75 mm (seventy five millimeter) thick Unconsolidated bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size well rammed and consolidated grouted with fine sand including preparing of ground including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same and as per HP.PWD Specification 1990 vol-I clause 9.2.1.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
