Providing and fixing cup board of size 2.00x2.10x0.60 metre size with 19mm thick water proof termite resistance commercial board with hard wood edging in horizental, top, bottom side shelves and providing meatin steples in shutters of cup board including 65mmx12mm thick 2nd class 2nd class deodar wood beading on out surface of shutter including providing and fixing alumuminium handles pino hinges for fixing shutter including screws etc. complete in all respect.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 III. P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix (1:2:4)(i) upto 5m height including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) pipe for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC pipe 110 mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) dia including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) pipe for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC pipe 75mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) dia including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC 'P' or 'S' trap for water closet (squatting pan) ISI marked including jointing the trap with the pan and PVC pipe with approved adhesive etc. complete. 110 mm dia including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1;6(one cement;six sand) Upto Floor to all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in 2nd class common brunt clay building bricks in super strucutre in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) up to floor all level including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 (ONe thousand two hundred eighty five) anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (One thousand eight hundred sixty eight) (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15(Fifteen ) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/ panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All completeas per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames.including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 12 mm thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade panalled shutters with frame of first class deodar wood for doors including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick frame.including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing satinless steel wire mesh in aluminium doors,windows, ventilators shutters and partitions etc. with PVC neoprene gasket etc.complete as per the Architectural drawing & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of snap beeding shall be paid in basic items) as per HP.PWD., specification1990 volume-I ( one ) including carriage of materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete 250x10mm including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. 250x16mm including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished M.S. hydraulic door closer. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with:- Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming with cement primer coat on new concrete/Masonry/ asbestors cement/plastered surface and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with : Ready Mixed primer including carriage of materials with in all leads and other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer. Upto Floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exteriior grade emulsion of approved design (apexultima ) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dir, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat ) on new wood & wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering & stopping with enamel paint other than white including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F of Fiber sheet in roof including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing office table including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing revolving chair including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
