Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete M-10 (M-Ten) grade nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( One cement : 3 sand : 6 graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in sub -structure for all type of structure complete of grade M-15 (M-fifteen) designed mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights /depths including the cost of form work below approach slab complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 800,900 and 1200 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in sub-structure using grade M-20 ( M-Twenty) designed mix with cement contents not less than 330kg (three hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and MORTH technical clause 1500,1700 and 2100 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in sub structure, abutment etcetra and curing complete including carriage of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete by mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2300 with M-25 (M-Twenty five) grade designed mix with cement contents not less than of 400 Kg (Four hundred kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and wheel guard in bridge work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-30(Thirty) grade designed mix with cement contents not less than 407 Kgs (Four hundred seven kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification for Rural Roads section 1500,1700 and 2200 in bed block, dirt walls including the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and carriage of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete designed mix in super structure to obtained minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (M-Thirty) using cement contents not less than of 407 Kgs (Four hundred seven kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) and curing complete in approach slab including cost of form work and reinforcement complete with bending, binding, placing in position of bars with cost of binding wire as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications section / clause 1500, 1600 1700 and 2700 and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe-500D) in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in bridge work in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2300 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in bridge work in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all heights and depths as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50 mm(fifty millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 (Viscosity Grade- Thirty) meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 including roughening of surface with wire brush cleaning the surface applying a thin bitumenous tack coat of VG-30 (Viscosity Grade- Thirty) grade bitumen at the rate of 0.325 kg ( zero decimal three two five kilogram) per square metre . After applying tack coat fixing chicken mesh reinforcement of 1.50 mm ( one point five zero millimetre) dia steel wire hexagonal or rectangular opening 20-25 mm ( twenty to twenty five millimetre) before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating coarse aggregate, filler and bitumen as per section 500 of MORTH specification laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre) of 9.5 mm ( nine point five millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge precoated with VG-30 (VG-thirty) grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005 cum ( Zero point zero zero five cubic metre) per ten square metre and rolled or pressed into surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) centre to centre in both directions, when the temperature of sufaces is not less than 100 deg C ( one hundred degree celcius) protruding 1mm ( one millimetre ) to 4mm (four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per section 500 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm ( one hundred millimetre ) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1209 and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental. Construction of reinforcement cement concrete railing of M-30 (M-thirty) grade designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 407 kg (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate true to line and grade , tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete including the cost of reinforcement, form work and curing complete as per approved drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause / section 2703, 1500, 1600 and 1700 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm ( seventy millimetre) compete as per drawings No:- PW/SEVII/Bridge/2024-25/86 (1) and MORTH specification section 2600 and as per direction of Engineer is Charge with in all leads lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and filling joint Sealing compound as per drawing and MORD. technical specifications clause 1207.2.2 with coarse sand and 6% ( Six percent) bitumen by weight complete in all respect as per drawings, design and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying in position 20mm (Twenty milimetres) thick pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans covered with sealant complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1207.2.2 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC: 83(eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical Specification as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC: 83 (eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical Specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted in layer of 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) thickness to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301 & 1603 as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Construction of granular sub-base 150 mm ( one hundred fifty millimetre) thick by providing well graded materials, as per table 401 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 ( Eighty- one hundred) KN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading-I materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregate size 63 mm to 45 mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) grading -II 75 mm ( seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 ( eighty - one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means of crushed stone aggregates of size 53 mm to 22.4 mm ( fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) consolidated thickness to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 ( eighty - one hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone crushable screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum ( zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg per Sqm. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD technical specifications section 500 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero point two seven five kilogramme ) per sqaure metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing laying and rolling of close-graded Mix- Seal Surfacing material of 25mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (eleven point two to zero point nine millimetre) (Type-A) @ 0.338 kg (at the rate of zero point three three eight kilogramme ) per ten square meter aggregate using penetration grade bitumen binders content @ 27.50 kg/10 sqm (at the rate of twenty seven point five zero kilogramme) or 5.11% ( five point one one percent) by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc (two point ten gram centre to centre) to required line, grade and level to serve as weaing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 (eight - ten) kn static roller and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specificaition clause 509 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
