Providing and fixing aluminium compositre panel ACP Panel Sheets 6mm (six milimetre) thick in panelling, as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm ( six hundred into six hundred milimetre) Double Charged / Ultra charged vitrified floor tiles of Restile/ Johnson/ Nitco/ Rak / Kajaria / AGL / Simpolo / Somany /Orient Bell as per approved shade and design of the office (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% ( zero decimal zero eight percentage) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm ( twenty milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three decimal three kilogram per squaremetre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete, as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of Birla / JK average thickness 1 mm ( one milimetre) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with cement motar 1:5 ( 1 cement isto five sand) as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china with 10 (ten) litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with automatic controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm ( five hundred fifty into four hundred milimetre) of Cera / Hindware / Jaquar of star white/snow white shade with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap , as directed by Engineer-in-charge all kind of soil within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 32 mm ( thirty two milimetres) dia P.V.C. flexible waste pipe of Finolex , Relpipe (Reliance ) , Vectus for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
