Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, consolidation of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 mtrs., dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. -upto 3.00 mtrs. depth. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation for all type of structure complete of plain concrete nominal mix 1:5:10(one cement : Five sand: ten graded stone agreegate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering,removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and technical specification.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification PCC 1:4:8 (One :Cement :four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate)40 mm (Forty Millimetre) .The minimum cement content should be not less then 170 kg per cubic metre including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
