Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water in open foundation for all type of structure and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water) including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, pipe bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-30 (M-Thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 430 kgs. (four hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in Wearing Coat including cost of reinforcement for reinforced work form work and curing complete, as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1000 & 1400 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1000 & 1400 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other equivalent type as per clause 1501 using M-30 (Thirty) Grade, (designed mix) concrete having coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, (Twenty five millimeters) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (Zero point two) cubic meter capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved design mix, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel) laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 (Fourteen) days using curing compound (where specified) and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1500 and as per the direction and the entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Loosening of the ground upto the level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) below sub-grade level watered, graded with motor grader and compacting by rolling with Road rollar 8-10kN (eight to Ten) static weight at OMC to achieve the required density as per Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen Shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORD technical specification Section 400 including hauling of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Gravel/Granular sub base/base 175mm (one hundred seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness by providing well graded material as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with tractor mount appropriate rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty – Hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for grading-I material and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogramme) per square meter as per MORD Technical specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (One hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH Tonne per hour hot mix batch type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-Ten) at the rate of 5.5% (five decimal five percent) of mix weight and using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (Two percent) by weight of total aggragate as per design mix transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyve roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification section 500 complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental.
