Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specifications in Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as per the direction by the Engineer in charge upto any floor level including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix to obtain compressive strength of 25N/mm² with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work finishing and reinforcement work with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto all height in all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing Fe-500D tor steel reinforcement make of SAIL,TISCO,RINL,JINDAL, PANTHER of JSPL,SHAYAM STEEL as per structural design for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all height including cost of binding wire upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortor 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) including scaffolding as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty milimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work and finishing in Retaining wall/ Breast wall in any thickness including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc upto all floor level as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi,royalty,malkana toll tax, sale tax,GST,labour cess and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S Channel doors, windows frames manufactured from M.S section ISLC 75X40 mm & M.S flat 75X5 mm in combination welded together and standard window shutter having style of Z section with 1 section of 25X25X3 including 4mm thick glass panes, 4mm thick glass panes in fixed portion of window/ventilator which fixed with iSA 25x25x3 mm including wire gauge shutter in Z section using MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 mm of door, windows and clerestory windows with metal beading of approved quality and shape section as per drawing complete with fitting with necessary screws and applying a priming coat with red laid paint complete as per approved specification / design as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying full body matt finished Double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make Kajaria, NITCO, SOMAMY, ORIENT, RAK, Johnson & Johnson , in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete of class designation tiles 600x600 mm. complete upto all floor level ncluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) diameter on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipesof Diplast/ Finolex, Supreme, AKG, Prince, Kisan, SFMC make having working pressure 4.00 kg (four point zero zero kilogram) per Square centimeter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion,-Single socketed pipes complete upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 110mm ( one hundred ten millimeter) PVC plain bend Diplast/ Finolex, Supreme, AKG, Prince, Kisan, SFMC make on wall face unplasticised -PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion complete upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces make of ICI(DULUX GLOSS),NEROLAC,BERGER( Lux of high gloss), ASIAN PAINTS(Premium Apcolite Gloss) shlimar with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter Enamel paint other than white upto all floor level, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat make of ICI, Nerolac, Berger, Asian Paint, Shalimar with ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) in all floor level/height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade of Nerolac/ Asian/Berger ICI (Dulux Gloss) (Luxol high Gloss) (Premium Apcolite Gloss) Shalimar make two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture in all height all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all floor levels. as per the direction by Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals the rate inclusive of octri,royalty,malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Govt.
