Providing and laying plain/Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (M- fifteen) grade 1:2.5:5 (One cement: two point five sand: five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetres) nominal size, design mix with minimum cement content not less than 275 kg per cubic meter by mechenically mixed in open foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete in foundation upto any heights as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including dewatering if required site including removal of slush excluding cost of reinforcement including carriage of materials and form work as per MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2100 within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete in open foundation raft of culvert/ bridges of concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty ) nominal mix 1: 2 : 4 ( One cement : two sand : four graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter) nominal size, design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic meter on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work excluding cost of reinforcement as per drawings and MORTH technical specification 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4 mm (four millimetres) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (One hundred millimetres into one hundred millimetres) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten per cent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogramme) each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2503 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification Clause 710.1.4 of IRC: 78 & 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetres) dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 2706 and 2200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of apron with cement concrete blocks of size 0.50x0.50x0.50 m (Zero point fifty into Zero point fifty into Zero point fifty metre) cast in-situ and made with nominal mix of M-15 (M- fifteen) grade cement concrete with a minimum cement content of 250 kg/cum as per IRC: 21-2000. Cement Concrete Blocks (size 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.50 m) as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 2503 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Furnishing and placing reinforcement/ prestressed cement concrete in Box cell, deck slab etc. design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg (four hundred kilogramme) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetres) nominal size using concrete mixer in superstructure including cost of form work, curing and reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, supplying, fitting and placing in position HYSD bar reinforcement confirming to grade (Fe 500 of make TATA/SAIL/Jindal Panther/Shyam Steel) in super-structure elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening, bending, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire upto all heights of 18 SWG complete as per the Drawings and Specifications. Item to include all incidentals, labour, materials, equipment and works required to execute the job. The reinforcing bars shall be free of scale and rust before placing into position. Any reinforcement , which is certified as corroded by the Engineer-in-charge shall either be withdrawn from the site or sand blasted to make them free from rust at no extra cost as per Technical Specification as per drawing and MORTH technical specification Clause 1600 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M-25 (M-twenty five) grade design mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg (four hundred kilogramme) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetres) nominal size in approach slab including cost of reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification clause 1500, 1600, 1700 and 2704 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M-25 (M-twenty five) grade design mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg (four hundred kilogramme) per cubic metre and crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetres) nominal size including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 2702 and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of precast reinforced cement concrete railing of M-25 (M-twenty five) aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm (twelve millimetres), true to line and grade, tolrence of vertical railing cement concrete post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimeters), leaving adquate space between vertical post for expansion, complete in superstructure as per approved drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 2703, 1500, 1600 & 1700 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Drainage spouts in slab with G.I. Pipe 100 mmco (One hundered millimetres) dia complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 2705 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm (twenty millimetres) thick and 300 mm (Three hundered millimetres) deep premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m (ten metre) to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm (twenty millimetres), covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 2605(iii) and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects and per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls etcetra with 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) diamere PVC pipe make of D-Plast/Relpipe, working pressure not less then 4.50 Kg/Sq. cm. (four point five zero kilogram per square centimetre) , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H (One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 and 1600 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008. spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per specifications contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. laying in uniform layers in sub-base base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD 2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre with mechanical means as per MORD Technical specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty milimetre) thick bituminous macadam with (VG-30) and with 40-60 TPH (Fourty toSixty) batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specifed grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 3.30 % (three point thirty percent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per technical spectification clause no. 504complete in all respects, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (One hundred to one hundred twenty) 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty) at the rate of 5.40 to 5.60 (Five decimal four zero to five decimal six zero) percent of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 including hauling of material within all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental.
