Finishing walls with weather proof emulsion paint of Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (Fifty grams obleque litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied at the rate of 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm (One point four three litre obleque ten square metre) . Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre obleque ten square metre), as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work (Two or more coats) with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litre/ 10sqm (zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approvedbrand and manufacture complete in all respect, as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work (Two or more coats) with Deluxe Multi surface paint of required shade applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.75litre/ 10sqm (zero decimal seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture, as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights/ floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses providing and fixing Kotar metal or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero milimeter) thick having 1060mm (one thousand sixty milimeter) cover width (overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six milimeter) 28mm (twenty eight milimeter) crest depth at 353 (three hundred fifty three) + (plus minus) 2mm (two milimeter) centre to centre crest distance there will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter), main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five milimeter) and at the lower 81mm (eighty one milimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint, fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five milimeter) dia 75.5mm (seventy five point five milimeter) length with EPDM seal. The material supply will be accompanied by test certificate and against corrosion/ fading colour and manufactured defects , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing valleys 60cm (sixty centimeters) over all in plain with 0.63mm (Zero point six three milimetres) thick galvanised iron sheets fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm (eight milimetres) diameter with G.I. (Galvanised iron) limpet and bitumen washers complete, with all accessories as required , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeters) over all in plain with 0.60mm (Zero point six zero milimetres) thick galvanised iron sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm (eight milimetres) diameter with G.I. (Galvanised iron) limpet and bitumen washers complete as per HPPWD specification , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP (Black plain) sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point sixty six milimetres to two milimetres) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately), Providing and fixing M.S.
