Cuting in earth work for road formation in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary oil ,soft rocks,hard rocks,chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines,graded with cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road,ways,camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all in useful materials to required width of the road or approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means,along with its leveling fine dressing using machineries,materials,tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanicalmeans and/or labour if required.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. The rate are inclusive of octroi,malkana,toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.A recovery of useful stones shall be affected for 144.09 m3 (one hundred forty four point zero nine cubic metre ) at the rate of Rs. 500.00 (Three hundred ) per cubic metre on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any lead .All kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix ( One Cement : five Sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 130 kg (One hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
