Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site u0pto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying bitumen penetratio maadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregae with the help of self propelled/tipper tail mounted agtgregate spreader and applying bitumen by a apressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roler of miunimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracy for 50mm cmpacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm with paving asphalt grade VG 10 @ 50kg/10 sqm. including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts.

WBM Grading 3: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 80-100 static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and stone screening/bninding materials to fill up the interestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grade-III and as per clause 405 (b) by mechanical means Grading-III including carriage of all labour, material and equipments to various location through all modes of transportation as per HPPWD specification 1990 vol.I and as per direction of Engineer in Charge at site in all leads and lifts.
