Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 ( Part-I ) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood & well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm ( thirty five milimetre ) thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing 30 cm ( thirty centimetre ) wide 120 cm ( one hundred twenty centimetre ) overall Box type prepainted Zinc coated sheet gutter with iron bracket 40 x 3 mm ( forty into three milimetre ) size, bolts & nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete as per design. 0.45 mm ( forty five milimetre ) thick, including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing flat iron bracket 50 x 3 mm ( Fifty into three milimetre ) size with necessary bolts, nuts & washers etc. for fixing galvanised steel sheets gutters with purlins including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing mild steel B.P. sheet 1.66 mm to 2 mm ( One point six six milimetre to two milimetre ) thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing & welding to steel roof members & applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Base member of steel work shall be measured & paid for separately ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15mm ( fifteen millimeter ) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 ( one cement: six fine sand ) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ( two milimetre ) thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work ( two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with of required shade new work ( two or more coat ) applied @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqmt ( one point six seven litre per ten square metres ) over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg /10 Sqmt ( at the rate two point two zero kilograme per ten square metre ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of requied shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point eight zero litre per ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators & partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections & other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 & IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia & size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom & sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, stright, mitred & jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per Architectural drawings & the direction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Glazing, panelling & dash fasteners to be paid for separately ) For fixed portion, Powder coatd aluminium ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron ),including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing aluminium work for style of windows, ventilators & partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections & other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 & IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia & size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom & sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, stright, mitred & jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per Architectural drawings & the direction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Glazing, panelling & dash fasteners to be paid for separately ) For For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing & fixing hinges/Pivots & making provision for fixing of fittings whereever required ,including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws at the rate of 200 mm ( two hundred milimetre ) centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge. Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled & glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows ( Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10litre ( ten litre )low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.
