The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, goods service tax , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks FPS. (non moduler) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure floor upto foundation level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1.4 (one cement: four course sand) as per as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. in : Cement mortar-1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand)as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, goods service tax , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights in Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, goods service tax , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights in Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20Cm (twenty centimetre) as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, goods service tax , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying in position M-25 Design mix of reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre , including curing complete excluding cost of form work upto all height as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . 12mm (tweleve millimeter) Cement plaster on the rough/fair side of single or half brick wall in mix cement mortor 1:4 (one cement: four coarse sand) upto all floor level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions make of Hindco Co., Jindal India Aluminum Co. with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge for fixed portion (Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 12mm (tweleve millimeter) thick Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS :12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge and including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm (at the rate of two hundred millimeter) centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge.
