Providing and fixing 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) nonimal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m (one meter) spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints, Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Antiskid digital Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimeter) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (three point three kilogram per square meter) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete of Johnson/ Kajaria/ AGT Tiles/ RAK/ Orient Bell or its equivalent or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing And fixing Ceramic glazed Digital tiles 300x600 x 8 mm (three hundred into six hundred into eight millimeter) thick of approved Shade and manufacturer in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointed with cement slurry or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm (fifteen millimeter) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 110 mm (one hundred ten millimeter) high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Fixing Soap dish stainless steel CAN -1131N of Jaquar or equivalent complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) nominal bore C.P. brass long nose bib cock Cat no.OPP -15037PM Jaquar or equivalent single control of approved quality conforming to IS standards or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm (fifteen or twenty millimeter) inlet or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and Fixing Angular stop cock with wall flange of opel prime no. OPP-15053PM jaquar or equavalent complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm (one hundred nine millimeter) wide, 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) high and 112 mm (one hundred twelve millimeter) distance from wall of standard shape with bracket of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms (one hundred five gram) or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) C.P. brass pillar taps OPP-CHR-15011BPM , 32 mm (thirty two millimeter) C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin standard cat. no.10001 of Hindware , Cera,Jaquar, or its equivalent with single 15 mm (fifteen millimeter) C.P. brass pillar tap of opel series of Jaquar or its equivalent.

Providing and fixing 110 mm (one hundred ten millimeter) PVC single equal branch with Oval access door, ISI marked insertion rubber washer 3 mm (three millimeter) thick bolts and nuts complete including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 110 mm X 90 mm (one hunderd ten millimeter into ninety millimeter) PVC floor trap of self cleaning design including fixing with approved adhesive, cost of cutting and making good the wall and floors etc. complete or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 l (four thosuand litres) suction capacity and 6000 l (six housand litres) water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimeter) dia upto 300 mm (three hundred millimeter) or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (one Cement: three coarse sand) : ( six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with 100% (one hundred percent) Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (fifty gram per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
