Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm (twenty millimetre ) thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of Goods Service Tax but including labour cess, other levies / taxes, duties , royalties, sale tax, octry, Toll taxes of local bodies and authorities that the contractor will have to pay for the performance of this contract.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square meter ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.including carriage of materials ,within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of Goods Service Tax , labour cess, other levies / taxes, duties , royalties, sale tax, octri. Toll taxes of local bodies and authorities that the contractor will have to pay for the performance of this contract.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 mm (thirty millimeter ) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 ( thirty ) @ 5.5% ( five point five percentage ) ( percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percetage ) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (one hundred - one hundred twenty ) TPH capacity including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
