Providing and making Gabian structures with Mechanically woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped wire mesh Gabions Boxes as per IS 16014:2012, MORT&H clause 2503 , of required size, mesh type 10x12 (D=100mm with tolerence of +- 2% ) Zinc coated, mesh wire diameter 3.0mm, mechanically edges/selvedged with partitons at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per metre of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @3% by weight of gabion boxes, filled withboulders with least dimension of 200mm, as per drawing, all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.)2x1x1 = 2cumconfirming to clause 2503 of ministry road rransport 2 highway specification (latest revision) including all lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In Charge.

Providing and laying of filter media with ganular materials/stone satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 710.1.9 & IRC and 2504.2 and 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification including all lead lift and carriage of material by all mode of transportation to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from barroopit and deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2and MORT&H specification clause 305 (latest revision) including all leads, lifts and carriage of matertials by all modes of transportation and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm ( One hundred millimeters) diameter P.V.C. pipe weep holes as per MoRT&H clause No. 2706 & 2200 including all leads , lifts and carriage of materials by all modes of transportation as per direction of the engineer-in-Charge .(In R/wall and Breast walls in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer –in-Charge.

Providing and laying 250mm thick granular sub-base by providing granlar material, mixing in a machanical mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with mortor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH specification (latest revision) including halulage of material in all leads and lifts with alll modes of transporation and as per entire satisfacation and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to 250mm thick wet mix macadam as per MoRT&H clause No. 406 specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying uniform layers with grader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying Primer coat with SS! grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface cleaned of dust and extraneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipments and spraying primer @ 0.75 Kg. per sqmt. ( zero point seventy five kilograms per square meter) as per MoRT&H clause No. 502 with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 502 of MORT&H specification

Providing and applying Tack coat with RS-I grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface cleaned of dust and extraneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipments and spraying primer @ 0.20 Kg. per sqmt.( zero point two zero kilogramme per square metere) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specification

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam on prepared surface with 100/120 ( hundred/ one hundred twenty ) Tonne per hour ( TPH) capacity computerized Hot Mix Plant production average out put 75 tonne ( Seventy five ) TPH using crushed aggregate Grading –II of MORT&H specification ( 4th revision) premixed with 60/70 grade / VG-30 Bitumen as per approved Job Mix formula with minimum bitumen content 4.5%( four point five precent ) of total weight of mix and filler,transporting the mixed materials with tipper and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor to the required grade and rolling with smooth wheels vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve desired compation as per clause 505 of MORT&H specification ( latest Revision ) in all leads and lifts and including all corrective measures wherever required such as profile correction patching of pot holes sealing of cracks for all depths as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for increasing bituminous contents as per job mix formula.

Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete with 80/100 ( Eighty/ hundred) TPH computerized HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder with min imum binder content of 5.4% (fove point four precent of total weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be paid for increasing bituminous contents as per job mix formula.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint compound minimum 2.5 mm ( Two point five milimeters) including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per square meter , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC -35 in accordance with clause 803 of Ministry of road Transport specification ( Latest revision ) and IRC code in width of 0.10 m strip in centre line and 0.15m edge / curve line including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
