Stone filling behind retaining wall.Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of surplus earth/ malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Painting one coats(excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. With white enamel paint

Painting one coats(excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters:With enamel paint white.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With Float Glass 5 mm thickness

Providing and fixing aluminium casement window fastener of required length for aluminium windows with necessary screws etc. complete.Anodized (AC 15) aluminium

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge Anodized (AC 15) aluminium

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540- F & ISO 11600. Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width

Providing and fixing 4mm thick ACP Sheet in aluminium door,window,ventilator shutters and partition etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing and fixing G.I. wire mesh 85G or 0.56 dia wire in aluminium window, ventilator shutters etc with PVC/ neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. A) 150x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium eye hook anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in linning roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate transparent sheet 1.50 mm thick in foofing and lining with self drilling screws along with washers etc. complete with all accessories as required to complete the work in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Refixing of corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. a) 0.63mm thick Sheet

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Providing flushing 38cm. overall in plain G.I. sheet fixed with galvanised iron. J or L hooks, bolts and nuts, G.I. limpet washer and bitumen washers complete bent to shape and fixed in walls with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other forign matters including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts. a) With enamel paint other than white.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2.00mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)
