Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machanical means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre)compacted thickness ,graded ,broken /crushed stone stone aggregates of Grading-III ,53mm to 22.4 mm (Fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter )nominal sizes to water bound macadam ,specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template , hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.18 cum(Zero point eighteen cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum(Zero point zero six cubic metre ) to fill up the interstoces of course aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads ,lifts and other incidetals.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer@ 0.85kg(Zero point eighty five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 or as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads ,lifts and other incidetals .The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograms) per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom / complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 503 or as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality,Malkjana,Toll Tax ,GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.
