Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direct ton of Engineer –in-Charge.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime/cement filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity Including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direct ton of Engineer –in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge :- 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement/lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direct ton of Engineer –in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150*75*5mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8m high ,1.1m below ground /road level , all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to befixed on the vertical post with spacer of channel section 150*75*5mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 of MORT&H specification including excavation of Pit size 0.35*0.35*1.10m and placing M-20 in that excavated pit for fixing the vertical channel post complete in all respects including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 and clause No. 803 of MORT&H specificification .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete in all respects including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of class-C type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick alumnium composite materials sheet depending on the size of the sign fised over back support frame of 25*25*3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NM, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground means of properly desinged foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45cm*45*60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing the sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67 and clause No. 801 of MORT&H specificification complete in all respects including carriage of materials and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Speed Limit

Providing and laying of filter media with ganular materials/stone satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing weep holes in brick masonary /plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawings face complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
