Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centemere) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m (Fifty metre) and lift upto 1.5 m, (One point five metre) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
