Providing and laying mechanical mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and lay concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-15 (fifteen) nominal mix 1.2.5:5 ( One cement two and half sand five graded stone 20 mm ( twenty millimeters nominal/ reinforced concert in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004, Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curring complete including the cost of form work including hauling of materials in all leas and lifts and as per entrie satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub-structure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702,704,1202 &1203 Random Rubble Masonry . In cement-mortar 1:6 ( One cement : Six sand ) and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

Some masory work in cement mortar in sub structure complete as pe drawing and technical specification Clauses 702,704,1202 & 1203 Coursed Rubble Masontry. In cement 1.4 ( One cemnet foru sand ) and curing complete including hauling materals in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in sub-structure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702,704,1202 &1203 Random Rubble Masonry . In cement-mortar 1:5 ( One cement : five sand ) and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS 280 and IS 4826 in 100mm x100 mm mesh ( wovent diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg each as per drawing and technical specifications clasuse 1301 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification rural road Clause 1204.3.8 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying rubble stone flooring in cement mortar 1 : 3 (one cement : three sand) as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1303 including haulage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1.2 but excluding excavation. Protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head wall and parapets Clause 1106 900 mm (nine hundred milimetre) dia including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Preparation of sub-grade dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting for sub-grade to be paid for separately) depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of Sub-grade with power road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc and re-rolling the sub-grade complete and as per HP PWD. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approval material obtained from borrow pit with all lead and lifts transportation to sites spreading, grading to required slope and completed to meet requirement of tablle 300.2 including hauling of material in all lead and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engg In Charge as per technical specification clause 303.1.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with mortar grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve dry density , complete as per technical specification clause 401 including haiuling of material through all modes of transportation including all lead and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engg. In Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 63mm to 45 mm grading -II 75 mm consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , using template , and packing , roling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stage 2 proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , stone screening binding material to fill up the inter static of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 by mechanically means including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts. as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engg in Charge complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 53mm to 22.4 mm grading -III 75 mm consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , using template , and packing , roling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stage 2 proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , stone screening binding material to fill up the inter static of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 by mechanically means including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts. as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engg in Charge complete.

Providing and applying primer coatwith bitmen emulsion (SS 1) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @0.85 kg/m2 (point eighty five kilogramme per Square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause502 by mechanical means including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engg in Charge complete.

Providing and applyying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.225kg/m2 (point two two five kilogramme per Square metre) on the prepared dry and hungary bitumenious surface cleaned with hydrauling boom as per technical specification clause 503 by including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engg. in Charge complete.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty millimetre) to thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six aggregate at the rate of 0.027 cum/ Sqm (zero point zero two seven cubic metre per square metre) using VG-10 (viscosity grade-ten) at the rate 1.46 kg/Sqm (one point four six kilogram per square to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant. laying and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type B as per technical specification clause 508 including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 510 using penetration grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade –ten) at the rate of 0.68 kg/ sqm (zero point six eight kilogram per square metre) and fine aggregate at the rate of 0.006 cum /Sqm (zero point zero zero six cubic metre per square metre) including haulaging of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Ordinary Kilometer Stone (precast) Reinforced cement concrete M15 (fifteen ) grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc as per drawing and Technical Specificatio Clause 1703 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire sastisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

200 m stone (precast) Reinforced cement concrete M15 (fifteen) greade stone/local stone of standard desing as per IRC 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 including hauling of materials i all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and fixing of typical NABARD information sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25 mm x 5m ( twenty five millimeter into five millimeter size on back on edges. The lower plate will welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimeter five millimeters) The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will welded to 2 nos 75mm x 25 mm (seventy five millimer into seventy five millimeter of 12 (twelve ) SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x600mm. (four hundred fifty millimeter into four hundred firty millmeter into six hundred millimeter), 600mm (six hundred millimeter) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded be middle plate by 47mm x47mm (forty seven millmeter into forty seven millimetr ) of 12 ( twelve) SWG steel plate tube. All M.S will be stov enameled on both side. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed syntheti enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Part-II:- Routine maintenance after completion of construction work as per term and condition of bid document and technical specification of ministry of rural development and rural roads including hauling carriage of all labour , equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportations, all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
