Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1500, 1700 and 2200 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size mix design to obtain the minimum compressive strength of grade M-30 (thirty) with minimum cement contents not less than 407 kgs. (four hundred seven kilograms) per cubic metre and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block and dirt wall etcetera upto any height complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar Fe-500 D of SAIL/TATA TISCON/JINDAL (JSPL) reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding Straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any height as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and bromming, stone screening-type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum. (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum. (zero point zero six cubic meter) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the bridge decks and approaches to bridge structures with M-40 (M-forty) grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming MORTH specification and as per detail given IRC-5 including dowel bars at expansion joints filled with premoulded asphalt filler board etc. as per approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified as per drawing and MORTH Technical specification section 800 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100mm (One hundred into one hundred millimetre) die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm (thirty millimeter) upto a depth of 60mm (sixty millimeter) and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 Part 4:1973 as per MORTH technical specification section 800 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawing and technical specification with coarse sand and 6 (Six) percent bitumen by weight as per MORTH technical specification section 2600 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of an tar paper bearing for abutment and piers of bridge bearing including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals and as per entire satisfaction/direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in burried expansion joint, expansion gap being 20mm (twenty millimeter) covered with 12mm (twelve millimeter) thick, 200mm (two hundred millimeter) wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS:2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8mm dia (Eight millimetre diametre) 100mm (one hundred millimeter) long galvanised nails spaced 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) centre to centre along the centre line of the plate, all as specified in section 2600 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness of each layers including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying 110mm dia ( One Hundred ten millimeter) diameter with working pressure not less than 4.00 kg/cm2 (four kilogram per square centimetre) ISI marked P.V.C. pipe weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall and retaining/breast walls through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H)(one vertical: twenty horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 700 and 1200 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Construction of granular sub base 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimeter) consolidated thickness by providing well graded material as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surfaces mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) KN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specification section 400 for Grading-I material, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm (zero point eight five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm ( zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing , laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of 13.2mm (Thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6 (Five decimal six millimeter) aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with front end loader heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty/ forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper to sitr of work and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with power road roller 8/10 (eight/ten) tonne using 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metres) of graded stone aggregate mixed with 14.6 kg (fourteen point six kilogram) of bitumen binder using VG-10 ( Viscosity grade-ten) per square meter of road surface tp required line grade and level but excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat inclusive of all corrective measures such as laying of profile corrective coarse for all depth filling of depression for all depth and construction of super elevation and camber, where required as per MORD technical specifications section 500 by mechanical means aur as directed by the Engineer-in-Charege including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
