Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all depths within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-20 ( M- twenty ) design mix to obtain the compressive strength of 20N/mm 2 (twenty newton per Square milimetre ) for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement contents not less than @ 330 kg/cum. ( three hundred thirty kilogram per cubic metre) and as per approved design mix for all work above plinth level to give a smooth surfaces mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of Sail / Tisco /Tata for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, straighting, cutting and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete for all floors within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government

6mm (Six milimetres) thick cement plaster in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) for all heights within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved approved specification, drawings and design. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels including arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of cetering and shuttering within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick Kota stone slab flooring 55x55/ 55x27.5 cm (fifty five into fifty five oblique fifty five into twenty seven point five centimetre) of uniform colour with 7.5cm (seven point five centimetre jaisalmer yellow band as per approved shade and design laid over 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) Vitrified tiles in flooring of Restile/ Nitco/ Rak/ Kajaria/ Orientbell/ Simpolo/ AGL/ Johnson/ Somany as per approved shade and design (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm (six millimetre) thickness, including grouting of joints, and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla / J.K white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering (two coats) with acrylic/ synthetic washable distemper with Nerolac/ Asian paints of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on ceiling/sloping roof surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.Priming coat with distemper primer within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections of TATA/SAIL joists channels, angles, tees with connection plates or angles, cleat as in trusses, trussed purlins main and cross beams, hips jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and; placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing of Asian paint/ Nerolac/Berger of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust andother foreign matter enamel paint other than white within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size on ground in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in toe wall etctera as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section/ clause 800,900 & 1200 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
