Construction of unlined surface drains in soil of average cross section area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embakment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50m (average lead 25m) as per technical specification clause 307 nd as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base 100mm (one hundred millimetre) compacted thickness by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.85 (Zero point eight five kilograme) per Square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D.technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D technical specifications clause 503 including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (PMB-70) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. Nothing exrta shall be paid for higher contants of Bituminous as per Job mix formula.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-/reflectorised sign/informatory/cautinary sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts and as per ebtire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast) Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts and as per ebtire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.
