Providing, laying and rolling of closed-graded mix seal surfacing, surfacing material of 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 11.2 mm (eleven decimal two milimetre) to 0.09 mm (zero point zero nine millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate at the rate of 0.2704 Cum. (Zero point two seven zero four Cubic metre) per ten square metre mixed with penetration grade bitumen V.G-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of binder contents at the rate of 22.00 Kg ( twenty two Kilogram) per ten square metres or 5.11 % ( five decimal one one percent) by weight and minimum density of mix seal surfacing should be 2.10 gm ( two decimal one zero) gram/ cubic centimetre to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 (Eight to ten) KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades excluding the cost of tack coat inclusive of all corrective measures such as laying of profile corrective coarse for all depth and construction of super elevation and camber, where required as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rates includes octori, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the Government.
