Excavation in soil in hill area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling / wedging out side of rock ( where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering where required setting out to the required line grades , side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on drawings as directed by the Engineer -in charge at site according to technical clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 sorting useful / un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the un-useful materials for filling in roads ways , embankments for grades improvements and leveling to the require grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries , materials , tools equipment’s and sefety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if any required ) recovery for 64.16 cubic metre @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre amount Rs.19,248/- shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leada and lifts and materials and as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 i/c setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deletarious material and disposal up to any lead dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.
