Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clauses 614,709 and 1204 as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm ( four millimetrre ) dia G.I. wire ( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS:280 (IS : two hundred eighty ) and IS : 4826 (IS : four thousand eight hundred twenty Six) in 100mmx100mm ( hundred millimetres into hundred millimetres) mesh ( Woven diagonally ) including 10% ( ten percent ) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg ( twenty five kilogramme) each and stone spalls as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 1301 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to the required depth and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts as per M.O.R.D. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and M.O.R.D.Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN EMULSION (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram) to 0.30 kg ( zero point thirty kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm( fifty millimetre )thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output 75T/hour plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-Thirty) @ 3.3 % ( three point three percent) by weight of total mix transported upto any leads as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause No 504 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick semidense bituminious concrete with 100-120 (one hundred dash one hundredtwenty ) TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes(seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder VG-30 at the rate minimum 5.00% ( five point zero zero per cent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD spoecification clause 509 complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government, but exclusive of goods service tax which shall be paid separately.

Three M.S. plates of 1.6 (one point six millimetres) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five into five millimetre ) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Supplying & stacking of well decayed farm yard manure at the site of work as per instruction dby the Engineer-in-Charge. The farm yard manure shall be free from earth, stone, brick bats and other extraneous stuff. The stack of farm yard manure should be 50cm in height having volume not less than 3.00 cum. The volume of stacks shall be reduced by 8% for looseness to arrive at the net quality for payment including entire carriage of materials, within all leads lift and other incidental as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are excluding of goods service tax but including labour cess, other levies/taxes, duties/royalities, cess. Providing and fixing dual direction retro reflective plastic Cat-eyes studs of impact resistant plastic 115x80x16mm (one hundred fifteen into eighty into sixteen millimetres) ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic cube corner refelectors suitable for fixing with epoxy/bitumen adhesive make ENNIS/STIMONITE complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1707 of MORD specification 2013 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government, but exclusive of goods service tax which shall be paid separately.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per items and condition of bid document that is 4 (iv) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 (First Revision) for rural roads including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
