Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification 2014 Clause 305,1604. including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST ,building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and as per MORD technical Specification 2014 ,clause 1301 including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification 2014 Clause 301.2 , 1603. as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeThe rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction work, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .
