Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10(M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6(One cement: Three sand: Six graded crushed stone aggregate) 20mm(Twenty millimetre size) in or under water and curing complete includng pumping of bailing out water, dewatrering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of layng under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks 80 mm thick M-45 grade with approved colour design & pattern of NTC or its equivelent in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-inCharge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
