Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm(twenty millimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand): 25 mm (twenty millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm(twenty millimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (twelve millimeter) (average) cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (one point sixty six millimeter) to 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm(zero pont six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20(twenty) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5(five) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick pre-painted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm(zero point eight zero litre per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 60mm (sixty milimeter) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed U shape open surface drain with side wall 15X22 (Fifteen into Twenty Two centimeter) in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement: Six Sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (One Cement: Three Sand) including earth work and laying 10Cm. (Ten centimeter) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (One Cement: Five Sand: Ten Graded stone aggregate of 40mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size and 7.5Cm. (Sevents point Five centimeter) cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20mm (Twenty milimeter nominal size) and finished with a loating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. including carrage of materials with in all leads and lifts, including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed. All kinds of soil, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing an technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand: eight aggregate) (40 mm (Forty millimeter) aggregates) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(one millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.
