Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure up to floor five level in cement mortor 1:6 including pointing with cement mortor 1:2 ( 1 cement 2 stone dust ) with as admixture of pigment matching the stone shade one face dressed Barog stone including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size).

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Cement Mortar 1:1.5:3(One cement:1.5 course sand 3 stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size )

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten Square Metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ) Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. (i)All kinds of soil.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) With white enemal paint.

Providing and fixing 15cm wide,45cm overall semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.63mm (Zero point sixty three milimeter) thick.

Providing and fixing retro reflective informatory board over ACP sheet including carriage of materials as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing ridge or hips of width 60cm over all width plain GS Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8 mm dia GI limpet and bitumen wshers complete 0.63 mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm m2

Providing and fixing 15cm wide,45cm overall semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
