Providing 6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all floor levels. as per the direction by Engineer in charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals the rate inclusive of octri,royalty,malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specifications in Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platformas per the direction by the Engineer in charge upto any floor level including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix to obtain compressive strength of 25N/mm² with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work finishing and reinforcement work with graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto all height in all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Fe-500D tor steel reinforcement make of Tata Tiscon SAIL,RINL,JINDAL, PANTHER of JSPL,SHAYAM STEEL as per structural design for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all height including cost of binding wire upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600mm x 600mm (six hundred millimeter into six hundred millimeter) full body matt finished double charged antiskid Duragres vitrified floor tiles of Kazaria, NITCO, SOMAMY, ORIENT, RAK, Johnson & Johnson make with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three point three kilogram per square meter) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete upto any floor leven/height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make Hindalco, Jindal, Indian Aluminium Company conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete for fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) complete upto all floor level as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve millimeter) thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides,flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling of Novapan, Kitply, National, Archid Ply, Action Tesa Green make fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete upto all floor level as per architectural drawings as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete upto all floor level as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax, GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 4 mm (four millimeter) thickness (weight not less than 12.00 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge complete upto all floor level (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing & fixing fly proof Stainless steel (grade 304(three hundred four)) wire gauze of 0.5 mm(zero point five millimetre) dia wire and 1.4 mm (one point four millimetre) aperture on both sides complete to windows, clerestory windows & doors with aluminium snap beading and nuts & bolts complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing and fixing 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeter ) bright finished hard drawn hooks and eyes as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) diameter on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipesof Diplast/ Finolex, Supreme, AKG, Prince, Kisan, SFMC make having working pressure 4.00 kg (four point zero zero kilogram) per Square centimeter conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion,-Single socketed pipes complete upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 110mm ( one hundred ten millimeter) PVC plain bend Diplast/ Finolex, Supreme, AKG, Prince, Kisan, SFMC make on wall face unplasticised -PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion complete upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet Tata Durashine make in roofing with dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm diameter with prepainted G.I limpet and bitumen washers compelete with all accessories as required upto all floor Lavel as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work approved make i.e.TATA/JINDALSail, Tisco Shyam Steel, or as directed by the Engineeer-in-charge including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete upto all heights all floor as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 25mm (twenty five millimeter ) dia chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25mm (one point two five millimeter) with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals.
