Supplying and erection of 5 mtr. Decorative Cast Iron Pole in having Cast Iron bottom of around 1000mm with bottom dia 385 mm and total height of pole is 5000mm. Top Portion of the pole made out of G.I. Ribbed pipe with Embellishments. A service window provided in the bottom portion of the Pole comprising heavy duty 4 way connector & suitable rating MCB on a bakelite sheet. Complete pole is painted /finished with Poly-Urethane/Polyester paint. The pole is suitable for mounting with 4 nos. Anchor bolts & complete with wiring of Pole with 3 corex2.5sq mm FR PVC insulated copper wire complete in all respects as required:-

Supplying and erection of street light bracket The Decorative ornamental Double ended bracket made out of steel with cast alum. embeliimenst as per drawing suitable for mounting of drop down hanging installation of luminaires. The brackets are primer coated and painted with polyurethane paint complete in all respects as required:-

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical sub-main light panel/pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, sub-lighting panel made out of M.S. CRC Sheet 16G, duly painted with Siemens grey powder coated paint with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form. The cubical panel shall be including MCCB 400A 1 No. as incomer, MCCB 100 Amp.2 No., MCCB 63 Amp. 6 No. as outgoing and the panel should be approved/tested from the CPRI Lab and should be confirm to IS 64139 and as required complete in all respects.

The Panel shall include the following Switchgear & accessories; as per the Make of Schneider, L&T, Siemens, ABB etc.

MAIN INCOMER:- MCCB 400A 4P - 1 No., Spreader Terminal MCCB 400A 4P - 2 Nos., RHOM Ext. - 1 No., Digital Metering Set - 1 No.

OUTGOING:- MCCB 100A 4P - 2 Nos., Spreader Terminal MCCB100A 4P - 4 Nos., RHOM Ext. - 4 Nos., MCCB 63A 4P - 6 Nos., Spreader Terminal MCCB 63A 4P - 12 Nos., RHOM Ext. - 12 Nos.

All interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables, Control wiring with copper flexible FRLS wire with thimbles, printed sleeves, tie & belt etc.

The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of gasket, doorlocks, reading glass,wooden, copper flexible door earth, legend plates etc.
