Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing 10mm thick chequered steel plates including cutting welding complete in flooring over steel frame work to be paid seperatly). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. As per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board /facia/ soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing Tata Durashine make 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Providing and fixing Tata Durashine make flushing 120cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating.

Providing and fixing 30cm wide 120cm overall Box type 0.45mm thick prepainted steel sheets of TATA Durashine or approved brand shade gutter fixed with bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design (frame work to be measured and paid for separately) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.35mm thick prepainted Tata Durashine make steel sheet liner in partition with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with self drilling screw 55mm size with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etc complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick pine wood plank of approved shade and colour in ceiling including mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (frame work for base to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position. Raiwood wood.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.40mm thick. 1st class deodar wood.

Polishing two or more coats with PU polish of required shade on wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and sand papered smooth and i/c a coat of wood filler.

Providing and fixing HDF decorative laminate core board German flooring AC4 class 32, 7mm thick placed over cushion of 2mm thick expended polethene foam plus 100 Microne thick polethene sheet under lay No. 045 Beech West including border of required shade and colour complete in all respect upto all floor levels as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Teak wood plank of approved shade and colour in ceiling including mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (frame work for base to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete os per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement// casement cum fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of UPVC milti-chambered frame and mullion extruded profiles duly/reinforced with 1.60+-0.2mm thick galvanised mild steel section made from roll forming process (shape & size according) beads of appropreate dimension, G.I. fasteners 100x8 33 size for fixing frames to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless screws complete. Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 9mm thick water proof commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing GLASS WOOL 50mm thick for thermal insulation over ceiling /walls.including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
