Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeing 1mtr. (one metre) in depth in all height from floor, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 ͦ (fifteen degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one decimal five coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5(twelve point five) conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) with F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of lime wash on top of walls when dry for beading of RCC SLABS AND BEAMS including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, boards flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Polyethelene-Aluminium Polyethelene PE-AL- PE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to IS - 15450, U.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with clamps at 1.00 metre spacing. This includes the costs of cutting chases and including testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.
