Repair of Plaster in Patches of 2.50 Sqm (Two point five zero square metre) and under and 10mm to 15mm(Ten to fifteen millimetres) thick including cutting the patches in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a all leads with Cement Mortar1:3 (one cement:three sand) including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty with two or more coats to achieve average thickness of 1mm ( one milimetre ) over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter course sand papered smooth to give fine finish to the surface complete upto all floor level/heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac/ICI Dulux ) and of required shade with one or more additional coat as required on decorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including prepasring the surface even and sand papered smooth complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work/aluminium ornamental work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with Jindal/Hindalco aluminium extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS-733 and IS-1285 anodized transparent or powder coated to required shade according to IS- 1868 minimum powder coating of grade 50 microns fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws.
