Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three milimeter and Forty five milimeter) water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) By Mechancial Means

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg/Sqm (Zero point Eighty five Kilogram) per Square meter. using mechanical means as per Techanical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 275 kg ./sqm ( Two hundred Seventy five kilogram/square metre) on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm course stone aggregates in the rate 0.27cum mixed with 14.6 Kg. per 10 Square Meter (Ten) bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and hearing binder and aggregate in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40 tone per hour capacity transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying by mechanical means type-B seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.8 Kg. (Six point Eight)Kilograms penetration grade bitumen VG-10 mixes with 0.06cum crushed sand 2.36mm to 180 microne per 10 square meter premixed in suitable hot mix plant 30/40 tonne per hour capacity transporting rolling complete with a three 80/100KN Static road roller as per MORD technical specification clause 510 using VG-10 at he rate 6.8Kg. premixed with 0.06 cubic meter of fine aggrement per 10 square meter by mechanical means adn rolling with power road roller 8-10 tonne capacity including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cement Mortar 1:6:12(1one cement: six sand: twelve graded stone agg.40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Cement Mortar 1:3:6(one cement:Three sand:Six graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 500mm (Five hundred milimeter) dia.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Granular material.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(One hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
