Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III size [75mm( seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point eighteen) cubic metres per 10 Sqm (per ten square metres) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer–in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5(five point five) per cent of mix and filler with Nano technology Nano technology binder @ 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II size [75mm (seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero) cubic metres per 10 sqm (per ten square metres) and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer–in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : Ten graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths and including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,1200 & 1600 and carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base 125mm ( one hundred twenty five milimeters) thick by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat @ 0.275 Kg (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology emulsion @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per technical specification clause-503, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stone to the tune of 1429.60 (one thousand four hundred twenty nine decimal sixty) cubic metres quantity at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of matereials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
