Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders lintels sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers bressumers and lintels upto all depths complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement; four sand; eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six coarse sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete upto all floor levels complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in super-structure upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, Kiln seasoned selected planks of sheesham wood complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges, Kiln seasoned selected class of sheesham wood and necessary screws complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick Kiln seasoned selected planks of sheesham wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm (Four millimetre) thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 300x16mm (Three hundred into Sixteen milimetres) size aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 6mm (Six millimetres) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) upto all floor levels complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair/rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar r 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of Birla / JK average thickness 1mm (One millimetres) thick, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete upto all floor level complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with 100% (One hundred percent) Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (Fifty grams per liter) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives complete. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm (One point four three litre per ten sqaure metre) Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten sqaure metre) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting (two coats) with premium acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimetres) nominal size vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
