Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of G.S Sheet 15.28.1including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.12.1

Prepainted steel sheetroofing over steel trusses of Kolermetal or equivelent prepainted single skin trepezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm ( zero decimal six zero milimeter ) thickness having 1060mm( One thousand sixty milimeter ) cover with ( Overall width 1126mm ( one thousand one hundred twenty six ) 28mm ( twenty eight milimeter ) crest depth at 353 + 2 ( three hundred fifty three plus two ) centre to centre crest distance. There will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having crest depth of 2.5mm ( two decimal five milimeter ) . The main crest width at top of 25mm( twenty five milimeter ) and at lower 81mm( eighty one milimeter ) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating. Top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint. Fixing of steel shall be with self drilling and self taping screws of size 5.5mm ( five decimal five milimeter ) dia and 5.5cm( five decimal five centimeter ) length with EDPM seal along with all fastenings etc. and flashing screws/bolts and nuts etc.required for fixing the job complete in all respect. The material supply will be accompanied by test certificate and 20 years ( twenty years ) warrenty from company against corrosion, fading of colour and manufacturing defects as per HP.PWD., specification volume-I ( one ) including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.12.1
