Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within disposal of material all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate)20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (twenty five) design mix to obtain the compressive strenght of 25N/mm square ( twenty five newton per square millimetre ) for reinforced cement concrete work, in all work up to plinth level using minimum cement content not less than 360 KG/Cum (Three hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix to give a smooth surface mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing completed and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material within all lead ,lift and other incedental as per specification approved drawing design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Half brick masonry work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point Five) in super structure in Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing tor steel reinforcement of Tata / Sail of thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D(Fe- five hundred )or more for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, , GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in as required gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works in buildings as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600 x 600 mm ( six hundred into six hundred milliimetre) Double charged vetrified tiles of Kajaria of approved shade and design, in flooring etcetera laid on a bed of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for exterior plastering including making groove or drip course, arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement isto five sand) upto floor all levels complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla / J.K. white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings, dust, loose material and other foreign matters, sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface upto floor all level complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with apex weather proof exterior emulsion of of Asian / Dulux paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre ( fifty gram per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm ( at the rate of one point four three litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm ( at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 2nd (second) class deodar wood. in false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position and fixed in position including with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 2nd (second) class deodar wood. in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position including with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood shutters with pannel of 12 mm thick (twelve millimetre) phenol bonded pre-laminated board (both side) particle board panneled isi marked N0-IS 12823 including black enamle iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G(eighty five Gauge) with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enamle iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Provising and fixing 8 mm thick Bison board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Provising and fixing 19 mm thick water proof commercial board of approved quality with butt jointing and nail with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of PVC flooring 2.0mm (two millimeter) thick make LG/HAUSYS original homogenous indoor flooring including the cost of pidilite fevicol SR-998 solution , Aluminium angle strip necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats (including priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of (Narolac /Asian paints) and of approved shade brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Royality, Octroi, toll tax or any taxes GST imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of Nerolac/ Asian paint give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (including priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of Nerolac/ Asian paint give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet of Tata Durashine in roofing over steel trusses made of cold rolled steel coil with epoxy coting 25 (twenty five) micro having a puff depth of 50 mm (fifty millimeter) and width 3.5-3.7 (three point five to three point seven ) centimeter steel frame are to be painted of approved shade and gap between the roof at the base point closed with masonry completed including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
