Providing and embedding 65mm (sixty five millimetre) long staplers for fixing of WWM, including cutting, bending and placing in position all complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.50m (One point five zero metre) centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced/plaincement concrete/brick masonry/CC block masonry/stone masonry with power driven drill machine for depth above 200 mm (Two hundred millimetre) up to 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) and including 12mm (Tweleve millimetre) diametre in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for anchoring wire mesh including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

50 mm (Fifty millietre) thick Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etcetera in layers with cement concrete design mix Grade M 30 having cement content not less than 340 kg per cum approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (Ten millimetre) maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire mesh of size 35mmx35mmx3.2mm or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete/ wall surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 (One point five) Cement isto 1 (one) Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material make of Pidilite/ CICO/ CIBA/ FOSROC/ Fairmate or equivalent as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etcetera complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement isto three fine sand) as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm (Tweleve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg (at the rate of three point three kilogram) per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

52 mm (Fifty two millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm (Forty millimetre) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milliemtre) nominal size) and top layer 12 mm (Twelev millimetre) thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 ( one cement hardener mix isto two graded stone aggregate 6 mm (six millimetre) nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre (Two litre) per 50 kg (Fifty kilogram) of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

18 mm (Eighteen millimetre) thick Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm (Thirty centimetre)) height, with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cementas per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (Forty millimetre) wide and 4 mm (Four millimetre) thick glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm (at the rate of three point eight four kilogram per ten square metre) as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point four eight eight eight kilogram per square metre) mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (at the rate of zero point two five three kilogram per square metre (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (ten centimetre) (c) third layer of 1.5 mm (One point five millimetre) thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm (at the rate of one point two eight nine kilogram per square metre) mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point six seven zero kilogram per ten square metre) and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm (at the rate of one point two eight nine kilogram per square metre). This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 (foty eight hours) hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm (Thirty centimetre) on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive of all taxes imposed by the goverment.
