Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level /height in all shapes and size cement mortar 1:6(one cement: six sand ) including curing complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortor 1:4(One cement :four sand) in superstructure in all floor level/height curing complete and including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rate includes octroi, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,sale tax, GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimetre)cement plaster in single coat on rough/ fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering in all floor level/any height including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four sand) including curing complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint, system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture specifications wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and fixing Steel (Tata/Sail)work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exterior using Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
