Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm( Twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two to five point six millimetre) aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen V-G-10 (viscosity grade-ten) to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN(eighty to hundred KN) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type-B as per technical specification clause 508 by mechanical means using bitumen V-G-10(viscosity grade-ten) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical specification 510 by mechanical means using bitumen V-G-10 (Viscosity grade ten) having bitumen @6.8 Kg (six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic meter) of fine aggrigate 10 sqm (ten square metre) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
