Traffic light set to green to give signal to driver to proceed. Boom barrier will open simultaneously on traffic signal turning green. Validation of driving through software using surveillance camera - start & drive straight till the dead end.

Validation of reverse in "S" segment within two minutes without touching the edges.

During this period, the contractor/agency shall repair or replace any defective materials or parts at nil additional cost. A defect liability period of one year will ensure full functionality and compliance with specifications. Maintainance of equipments, hardware, system software, application software are a part of this warranty period to the best satisfaction of department.

Services,Approvals,Training :-

Software Installation, Hardware Installation, integration, Consultancy, Project management, testing & commissioning of complete system in all respect with complete satisfaction of the department.

Agency will have to obtain all necessary third party approvals for the automation setup from one of the agencies listed and decided by local concerned RTO office or as approved by MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways):- 1. ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) 2. ICAT(International Centre for Automotive Technology) 3. CIRT(Central Institute of Road Transport) complete in all respect with complete satisfaction of the department.

Agency shall provide training and Software Operation Assistance at its expense to nominated staff from Transport Department,who are required to work on the equipments and software. This training must encompass all aspects of the application. The training shall be for a minimum period of two weeks and follow the schedule approved by the Department.

Running and Operation :-

Providing services for Operation & Day to Day regular Testing, Setup the complete Systems, as per requirement of department, with proper record for inspection of Engineer-in-charge, on all working days. The firm shall deploy atleast one number of experienced, technically qualified Automation system operator with knowledge of computer applications having valid LMV and two wheeler license, at site for operation of the entire system for quick response and action to ensure interruption free system working & remove deficiencies as well as assist staff in smooth working of the system.Running and operation of system shall be done by the agency installing the complete setup till minimum three years of the commissioning or as required by the department on monthly / yearly payment basis complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of the Department.

AMC

Executing Agency shall supply the equipments and peripherals required for automation of the Automated Driver Testing Centre at site, install, conduct trials and make the system functional according to the specific needs and satisfaction of the Transport Department. Training of Transport department staff for operations and maintainance the entire system for Five years (After completion of one year free warranty period). During this period, the agency shall repair or replace any defective materials or parts at no additional cost. Maintainance of equipments, hardware, system software, application software shall be a part of AMC period . In case of any wear and tear the relevant parts will be replaced in AMC period including all critical components with each mechanical/ electrical software or any type of material major or petty required to safely run and operate the system successfully complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of the user.
