Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm(sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) grading- II 75 mm (seventy five millimtre) Consolidating thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (Eigty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening type -B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimtre) nominal size at the rate 0.20 cum.(Zero point twenty cubic metre) and binding materials at the rate 0.06cum. (zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 square metre (ten) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.. By manual means and as per intire satispection direction by the Engineer-In-Charge. including carriage of materials all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 Kg. Per square metremechnical means as per technical specifecation Clause 502. including carriage of material within all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributer @ 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. Per Square metre . Using mechnical means asper technical specification Clause 502. including carriage of material within all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying by mechanical means and rolling open graded premix carpet 20 (Twenty) millimeters thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 5.6 mm. (Thirteen point Two millimeters to Five point Six millimeters) course stone aggregate at the rate of 0.27 ( zereo piont twenty seven) cubic metre mixed with 14.6 kg ( forteen piont six ) kilogram per 10 sqm( ten ) squaremetre bitumen either using penetration grade bitumen VG -10 to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 ( five hundred Eight) VG-10 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B using bitumen (S-90) at the rate of 6.8 kg (six piont eigtht kilogram) per ten square metre by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Five hundred Ten) including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
