Providing and Laying 25 mm (Twenty Five Miliimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-39 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface , including providing anti skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) cetre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less then 100C , protruding 1 mm (one millimetre) to 4 mm (Four millimetre) over mastic,surface all as per MORTH specification clause No. 516 complete in all respects. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and Technical Specification MORTH Clause 2703.2&1900 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (Two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (Two hundred fifty gms) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( Two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and erecting a "Thrie" Metal beam crash barrier as per MORTH specification 2013 clause 811 comprising of 3 mm (Three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm (Eighty five centemetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into Five milimetre) spaced 2 m (Two metre) centre to centre, 2.0 m (Two Metre) high, 1.15 m (One point fifteen metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 546 mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into Five milimetre, Five hundredForty six milimetre) long complete as per clause 810. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm (One hundred into One hundred milimetre) die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm (Thirty milimetre) upto a depth of 60 mm (Sixty milimetre) and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm (Fifteen Centemetre)wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm(Eighty into One Hundred Milimetre) rectangular or 75 mm ( Seventy Five millimetre) dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawing.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for foundation for structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, as per MORTH Technical Specification 2003 clause 304 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications MORTH Clause 1500,1700,2100 M-15 ( M-Fifteen) grade including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH Technical Specificationr clause 401.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired densityas per MORTH Technical Specification clause 406 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grade width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification 2014 Clause 301,1603. & sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un -useful material for filling in road way, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful materials to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing .and carriage of machineries, materials tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. All useful materials such as stone, shingles, aggregates, sand and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road side which shall not be less than 1/3 (One third) for blasting work hard rock 1/6th(One sixth) of jumper work in all cases failing which recovery shall be effeced on the prevailing market rates.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of all the Contractor which shall have to be duly compesnsated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,toll tax,Goods& service Tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification PCC 1:4:8 (One isto Cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate)40 mm (Forty Millimetre nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 Granular material.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (One Hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm (Eighty millimetre) thick C.C. paver block of M-40 cm forty grade with approved color design and pattern. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing rainforced cement concrete M-15( M- fifteen ) gradewith minimum cement content 275 kg (Two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic meter with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Milimeter)nominal size. kilometer stones of standard design as per IRC :8 fixed in position including painting and printing etcetra. as per MORD technical specification . Clause 1703. Ordinary Kilometer stone (precast) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm (One point five millimetre) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (Seventy millimetre into Seventy millimetre into Six millimetre) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (Four Hundred fifty millimetre into Four Hundred fifty millimetre into Six Hundred millimetre) , 600 mm (Six hundred milimeter) below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 600 mm (six hundred) melimetre circular including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (Seventy five millimetre into Seventy five millimetre into Six millimetre) , 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm,( four hundred Fifty milimeter into four hundred Fifty milimeter into Six hundred Milimeter ) 600 mm (Six hundred milimeter) below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 . direction and place identification sign with size 900x600 mm (Nine Hundred into six Hundred millimetre). including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Provision of 15 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20 mm (Fifteen- Twenty millimetre) high at centre, 250 mm (two hundred milimeter) wide placed at 1 m (one metre) centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
